Buying products with colours and sizes
Pick a colour and size before adding to your cart, keep two choices of one product as two lines, see what changes when stock runs out, and start a group deal on a product with options.
1. Pick a colour and size
1On a product with options, Add to cart stays off until you pick every option. Prices show under each size when they differ.
2A size that is sold out in the colour you picked is greyed out and can't be chosen (here S in Blue).
3A size the shop doesn't sell in that colour is crossed out. Picking it clears the colour so you can choose again.
4Once picked, the photos switch to your colour, and you see the price and "Only N left" when few remain.
5In the app, an option with many values (shoe sizes) opens as a list; sold-out sizes are greyed out there too.
2. Your cart
1Added to cart names your choice and shows its photo.
2Two choices of one product (Black · L and Red · M) are two lines, each with its own quantity and price.
3If the shop has fewer left than your quantity, the line says so and offers to lower it.
4If it sells out, the line stays in your cart unticked until the shop restocks; the rest of your cart can still check out.
5Check out as usual. If a size sells out while you are paying, the order isn't placed and the cart names the line.
3. Your orders
1The order keeps your choice, its photo and the price you paid.
2Buy again adds each line back with the same colour and size. If a combination isn't sold any more, it tells you which and opens the product so you can pick again.
4. Start a group deal on a product with options
1Create deal on the product. If it sells at more than one price, pick the price your deal covers; the deal covers the sizes sold at that price (here S, M, L). Members write their colour or size in the deal note.
2Set the number of members and the expiry date (tap a day in the calendar), confirm your commitment and Start Deal.
3Your deal's page says what it covers, so members know which sizes they can ask for.
4Place the order with the shop. When the shop accepts, it takes the pieces from the sizes your members asked for.
