These Vendor Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SAWA platform as a vendor. By registering as a vendor, you agree to abide by these Terms and all applicable policies referenced here.

You must provide accurate business information and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements. We may request documentation to verify your identity and business legitimacy.

Your account may remain under review until verification is complete. We may contact you for additional documentation or clarification as part of our vetting process.

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of offer details, pricing, and stock. Misleading, inaccurate, or unlawful content is prohibited. Pricing must comply with local laws and platform policies.

Vendors agree to timely communication and on-time fulfillment. Delivery options, timelines, and any return policies must be clearly stated to buyers.

All communication must be professional and respectful. Use of SAWA messaging tools must comply with our community standards and privacy policies.

Content must comply with applicable laws, intellectual property rights, and platform content standards. Prohibited items and restricted categories must not be listed.

Where applicable, vendors are responsible for taxes, duties, and any fees applicable to their transactions. SAWA may charge fees for optional services as communicated separately.

Vendors must protect buyer data and use it only for order fulfillment and lawful purposes consistent with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate vendor accounts for policy violations, unlawful activity, or repeated poor performance.

To the extent permitted by law, SAWA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from vendor activities on the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
